Yes: Of course, any physical feature can be altered at a later time with a referral to a cosmetic surgeon. Whether you can get the outcome desired or if the skull is formed a certain way may decide how much correction can be made. However, nobody will do such a surgery on a child, this is mainly an adult decision. Much really depends on how low set, and whether they are really causing issues for you.

Hard to comment: The perception of low set ears is a vague one. Physicians with training and experience can have difficulty defining this. What you perceive is low set may not be to a trained observer. I would take up the issue with the kids doc at the next visit.

Xanax  ?'s: First trimester Xanax is associated with birth defects in newborns when that pregnancy in the "first trimester" included ingestion of Xanax.  Pregnancies occurring with no Xanax taken may have congenital anomalies, but not due to Xanax in previous pregnancies.
