Yes: Of course, any physical feature can be altered at a later time with a referral to a cosmetic surgeon. Whether you can get the outcome desired or if the skull is formed a certain way may decide how much correction can be made. However, nobody will do such a surgery on a child, this is mainly an adult decision. Much really depends on how low set, and whether they are really causing issues for you.
