It should: You may have exposed the sclera (white) of the eye are worse the retina to excess UV light causing a "sun burn". It should recover but avoid this type of exposure., If you must use a tanning bed use the best protective eyewear available

Problem: Yes, could be a problem. Sounds like the implant could be infected. You should be on antibiotics also. If the implant becomes infected, it may have to be romoved.

Yes: Blood clots from using oc's is common especially if you smoke.. Check this out with your gyn as soon as possible.

Air: If your abdomen lies over your c-section incision, the area can't get air and stays warm and moist leading to the growth of skin bacteria. It may not cause an infection in the scar because the skin has healed enough that they don't get in but the anaerobic bacteria that grow in places that are warm, moist and low on oxygen tend to stink.

Leg cramps?: If you are in reasonably good health, it is unlikely that your symptoms are serious. If you have had a negative venous Doppler exam, is suspect that you may have some form of cramp and should consider stretching, heat/cold etc.

When both: White and red counts are low and if platelet count is low, it is called pancytopenia,  your body is not making enough blood.  It could mean a serious condition if these values are true.  See a hematologist for specific recommendation.

Need to find the : Cause first. How do you know that you your blood count is low? You doctor who ordered the initial test should be in the best position to describe as s/he is likely to have the additional information needed to ascertain the cause of low blood count. In general eating a balanced diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts and low in saturated fats, no tobacco. Supplements may be needed.

Need more info: It may be normal for you. What is your hemoglobin? If your red cell count has been stable you can wait to discuss the matter with your doctor at the next visit.
