D/w your doctor: How is your period? Is it heavy? What is your ferritin? Hemoglobin? You should see your doctor and discuss with your doctor about your blood work result. You are anemic and your serum iron is low.  You may have an iron deficiency anemia which is related to your heavy cycle perhaps vs other kind of anemia. Wbc can be elevated in different settings-like bleeding, infection, inflammation, cancer etc.

Blood counts may not: Blood counts are rarely affected by cancer(unless the tumor is bleeding). If you have abdominal pain then a physician must examine the belly first and then order tests...usually X-rays like CT scan show the inside of the belly very well and we can see if there is any growth/tumor present?
If your pain is severe or persisting, go to the ER right away.

Get them checked: Absolutely.  I would also be concerned about drug-drug interactions among these meds.  Have your doc do a drug interaction check with an appropriate app or software package, such as epocrates.

High red blood cell (rbc) are the cells that carry oxygen to/carbon dioxide from your bodies tissues. High count could be dehydration, heart disease, or low oxygen levels in blood.

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, hemoglobin may be elevated due to dehydration, lung disorder, residence at high altitude and polycythemia. If you level is stable it is not a cause for concern.
