If you have cancer of intestinal,rectal or any other type,would your red or white blood count be off? especially if in lot of pain.

Blood counts may not: Blood counts are rarely affected by cancer(unless the tumor is bleeding). If you have abdominal pain then a physician must examine the belly first and then order tests...usually X-rays like CT scan show the inside of the belly very well and we can see if there is any growth/tumor present? If your pain is severe or persisting, go to the ER right away.
