i have had muscle cramps in my calfs for a few weeks now. could it be blood clots or low potassium? should i see a doctor right away?

Leg : Leg cramps are common for many people. Yes, leg cramps can be occuring as a result of a blood clot in the leg (whoch decreases blood flow to the lower leg, causing pain) or an electrolyte imbalance (which can cause muscles to spasm).
Other causes can be overextertion, peripheral vascular disease, dehydration and nerve disorders.
It is important to see your doctor to determine the causitive factor. 
Also, take a look at your foot and note if there are any changes in color. Seek emergency medical attention for any change in color to the leg/foot and/or if you are experiencing unbearable pain.

went to the er again, they said i'm too young to have blood clots. they said i'm low potassium and that chest pain could be muscle spasm?

The ER is wrong if: If the clinical picture is compatible with a pe then a ct with contrast needs to be done. If your symptoms are not compatible, the er is correct.

Leg cramps: Its worth continuing the magnesium supplement as we only measure extracellular levels but the intracellular levels may be reduced. If cramps occur in the calves, stretching of the calves may prevent them. Quinine, which is in some tonic waters, are helpful for some people.I haven't found that compression stockings prevent leg cramps, but daily stretching of calf muscles often help.

i have hypokalemia which is low potassium in my blood should i play soccer today or wait?

Low potassium: You would be better off waiting for your potassium (k) levels to rise before you play soccer. The more important question is, why is your k low? Are you on any medications that would lower it, like diuretics? Do you have a low magnesium level? See a physician to get to the cause of your low k level. It is better to prevent a problem than treat it.

Florinef (fludrocortisone): Florinef (fludrocortisone) causes salt and fluid retention. The fluid retention may cause a rise in bnp. Suggest you discuss result with your md. Lowering of the potassium is a known side effect of Florinef (fludrocortisone) use.

Possible: Dvt is possible with any dose of hormone, and DVT have been reported with essentially every form of contraception.

Should be fine: Low dose, is safest, good choice. Other options such as Mirena IUD, and Nexplanon, have no estrogen and also could be good choices.

No: You should draw no conclusions about tendency to develop clots from ANY of the ordinary hematologic parameters.

See below: Leukemia is not a usual cause for clots. Low WBC argues against you having leukemia. You obviously are under the care of a doctor to be on anticoagulants. You need to practice birth control without using the pill.
