Low platelets: High mpv still suggests compensatory response as opposed to decreased production in setting of eating disorder and possible injury to liver parenchyma. Most likely some type of auroimmune destruction. What are rest of counts and mcv?

Why the tests?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it might have helped to have the actual values rather than high and low. Why were the tests done? It would be prudent to discuss these with the doctor who ordered the test as s/he knows more about your health.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

: Labs without the context of why they were done and the information provided by a history review and physical exam are relatively worthless. These are not particularly worrisome but should be discussed with the doc that ordered the testing.

Watch: Just watch.These numbers are not significantly low enough to cause any symptoms.Obviously for more deetail, discuss with your pediatrician.

had my annual bloodwork and all good except mpv is high at 13.5 the range is 7.5-12.5. my platelet count is 256 which is good as range 140-400. do i need to worry about high mpv?  can i do anything to lower? everything else is great?

No concern: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, a slightly elevated MPV is not  cause for concern. You are likely to do more harm by chasing it than leaving it alone.

this tells us the average size of the platelet. In cases of Low platelet count in ITP the MPV is usually high . we blieve that MPV high means the platelet performance is good

Low platelet count may indicate drug effect on the bone marrow, bleeding, or platelet destruction. The combination of these two is seen in chronic alcohol use, or - more seriously- may indicate early myelodysplasia (a bone marrow disorder). In part, the answer depends upon age...

Liver impairment,,,: Not all these symptoms may fit but the high ast and alt and low Albumin and possibly the low platelet count indicate deterioration of liver function.  You've also got cirrhosis of the liver which practically leads to end stage liver disease in time so it's clear that the liver is impaired.  Your medications have Insulin resistance/type 2diabetes as a side effect which would explain your thirst.
