Some petechiae(doc confirmed) on trunk/left arm. CBC shows mildly low MCHC (31.4)& mildly high MPV (11.6). WBC w/diff,RBC,platelets,etc ok. Worrisome?
What would be the most likely cause of mildly low hemoglobin, hematocrit, and MPV with normal RBC and platelet counts?
