Hi lymphs: Elevated blood lymphocytes are often seen in viral infections and infectious mononucleosis. They can also occur in certain blood dyscrasias like lymphocytic leukemia. Repeat the cbc and differential cell count and if abnormalities are present, consult a hematologist for evaluation.

Not based on that!: Your neutrophil count  alone is not a sign of leukemia. In fact, i would consider your count to be so close to normal that i wouldn't worry about it. You have plenty of neutrophils to keep you healthy!  your neutrophils might just run on the lower side of normal.  If you develop fevers, severe bruising or  bleeding, or feel ill, call your doc. And always ask your doctor to explain your lab tests!

Normal: Need serial CBC and differential (from past and present) to really put in context.  Lymphocyte count never means much by itself. In this range greatest  likelihood is normalcy.  Hence don't fixate on this one lab result like this (not useful unless extreme) as much as on a health concern.

No : Not sure if you mean low as in hypoglycemia, or low as in not high. Even if fasting blood sugar is normal, post-prandial blood sugar may not be.   However, it is always good to have normal fasting blood sugar.

Infection: there is wide range of potentials most commonly if infection, other causes include stress (physical or emotional, vigorous exercise), smoking, some medications, autoimmune diseases, other blood or systemic disorders

Yes: Neutrophils care high beacause you have a bacterial infection and lymphocites are low cause they are killing the bacterias that can harm you; fortunately we have several good anibiotics that can actually end this mess; so be take more care of your habits; and start antibiotics and you will be fine; no need of crisis kind of worry

No: First you'll need to tell us why the test was obtained.  If you have frequent swelling, abdominal or throat obstruction, this finding may indicate a condition known as hereditary angioedema.  However if you are otherwise healthy, just follow-up would be sufficient. We usually treat the disease and not a lab finding.
