hi.  i am a bit freaked out.  i have a high mch, low mpv and low rbc.  i am tired all the time.  what is wrong with me?

Those indices don't: really mean much unless the other indices also are flagged.  Are your Hemoglobin and Hematocrit also low?  If they are, then along with the low RBC, you may have anemia.   Anemia is a deficiency in relative red blood cell volume in blood - if you have anemia, you can feel fatigue, low energy, depression, shortness of breath, dizziness on standing, pale color of your skin and/or blue lips.

Hard to say: To even begin to sort this out the history, exam &amp; actual lab values (numbers) would be required. From the meager data described she could have several issues. Collaborate with her doc &amp; follow up with them to develop a plan for any further testing and treatment.

Hematologist: A hematologist is best qualified to evaluate and treat you. You could have thalassemia(Mediterranean anemia) among other possibilities. The hematologist will order the appropriate tests.

: High RBC count may be the body's attempt to compensate for the small size of your red cells. Had you provided the actual values for all the parameters, it would have been helpful. Elevated platelet count and microcytosis are suggestive of iron deficiency.

That's not possible: to answer without an exam, history, and other basic elements of a medical assessment. You do have a local doctor since these tests were requested. What does your doc say about these things and why they were checked? You have lab values, but there is no detail about how you are feeling. That's the most important part. Abnormal labs in isolation are usually meaningless. Ask your doctor ?s.

Share some real: Numbers.  A low lymph percent means nothing.  Rbc count is less meaningful than the hemoglobin (HGB) or hematocrit (hct). How high is igm?

Probably thal minor: Ask your physician whether you have beta-thalassemia minor, and whether a few simple labs can confirm it. It's worth knowing because if you marry someone else who has it, you may have a child whose life will be very sickly with thal major.
