See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it might have helped to have the actual values rather than your interpretation of high and low.

Bone issue?: These results could suggest that a bone issue exists.  A bone density test may be in order to confirm/deny the presence of osteopenia.

: I don't have enough information to answer this question. I have seen patients with normal liver enzymes and have hepatitis C or severe liver cirrhosis.  Ask this question of a doctor who can see the entire picture. Usually, low liver enzymes are not concerning.

How high?: Do you have any symptoms? Why was the test done? All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, high alkaline phosphate may due to liver or bone disease, and sometimes intestinal disorders. It is normally high in children and during pregnancy.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Worrisome: unlikely.: Any time a panel of tests are run there is a probability of one of these test to be outside the normal range.  Meaning one out of many is likely not concerning especially if it is not significantly elevated.  An elevated Alk Phos could indicate bone or hepatobiliary disease.  If you are otherwise healthy the best approach would be to repeat the testing in 6 to 12 months.

: Alkaline phophatase varies with age and sex and also with eating before the test. It should be repeated to confirm the value. It comes mainly from liver and bones. If the rest of the liver tests are normal, likely there is nothing to worry about there. If bones are still developing or there is vitamin D deficiency, it could be of bone origin, more tests are needed.

None whatsoever!: Low values are of no consequence. It only matters if it is high.

Lots of things: This can be fine for a growing child or teen, an older person with subclinical paget's (extremely common), or even someone who's non-fasting and just happens to raise the intestinal alk phos on eating. It's also normal for late pregnancy or if you have a healing fracture (you might not even know about, say, a foot stress fracture.).

Rickets: It is possible, but it can be other things as well. Next step is to see the peds endocrinologist for further testing. Can be from an old injury to the bones as well.  Lots of other questions to your question..Was calcium level normal? Did they do a bone specific alkaline phosphatase? Any X-rays done?

been experiencing constant right side pain, got blood work and everything was fine except i had high a/g ratio of 2.7 and low alkaline phosphate of 32. my alkaline phosphate has been dropping every time ive had blood work. should i be concerned?

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, alkaline phosphatase is not a concern. Your doctor may wish to check the serum proteins, not just a/g ratio, in a few months.     Wish you good health!
