See your doctor: If you are wondering if your heart is causing your dizziness, you would need to know your blood pressure and your heart rate while you are in various body positions.  Other questions include do you have chest pain or shortness of breath and what is your normal heart rate and blood pressure?  I recommend that you see your doctor to address your question.

Reason for Naus/Dizz: Your mom got meds for symptoms, but (Im Guessing) a person of ~67yo needs a DX. Treating symptoms w/o a DX in person ~67 is not safe.  She should see primary MD soon.

Heart condition: This is likely a heart condition that needs to be evaluated asap.  When the heart is not working efficiently or effectively, the heart may not pump as fast as it should or as strong as it should.  This will limit blood flow equaling low blood pressure.  This will cause less blood flow going to the brain and hence causing dizziness.

is it safe to dc this med without  titration

Depends why you take: If you are taking it for high blood pressure, call your physician and work out a plan.  You can safely stop the medication if it is not due to very high blood pressures .. because it sounds as though you are having at least relatively low blood pressure - or to low too quickly.  Go see the prescribing physician ASAP.  Tell him/her the problems you are having via phone call.

Clots: There is a high possibility of clots forming in your veins post surgery. This condition is referred to as Deep Vein thrombosis. There is a high risk of  clots forming  in your brain or  lungs as well which are medical emergencies. Please visit your nearest urgent care clinic or ER as soon as possible.
