: Seeing the neurologist&amp;the ENT specialist was appropriate. Because of recurrent low grade fever&amp; muscle pains,I recommend consulting a specialist in infectious diseases. Appropriate testing will be ordered to help make a differential diagnosis and advise you.

Hello. : Hello. Bed rest, lots of fluids (but no coffee or caffeinated sodas), avoid bright light, may consider a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication for muscle aches, fever and headache.  Now, if you are having the worst headache of you life and it is hard for you to flex your neck down toward your chest, would recommend immediate attention to ensure you don't have an infection affecting the brain. Take care.

Flu: Could just be the flu.  Try some over the counter meds for pain and fever, and if not better in a few days see your doctor.

Muscle aches: You may have myositis which can be viral in origin. Take warm baths to feel better.

Not likely either. : No, not likely. If you are concerned about having been exposed to HIV and having gotten it, please go to your doctor and ask for an HIV test. You might feel embarrassed but your safety is first, and if you have lt you need to know as soon as possible to start treatment.

after any strenuous use of my muscles, they get really achy, hot to the touch, tight, and i get a low grade fever. even if its just one arm. the aching is almost unbearable?

See your DR: Could be Rhabdomyolysis. See in person Dr visit immediately. They can evaluate the situation and do necessary labs in order to determine the underlying cause. They can also treat any conditions that they may find.

FUO: This fever of unknown origin deserves an evaluation by a specialist in infectious diseases who will order appropriate tests in order to make a diagnosis. Liver enzymes should be checked in view of your heavy wine intake history. A viral hepatitis panel will also be checked.

See a good doctor: How long has this been going on? If just a few days this could be a flu-like illness, probably viral. If more chronic it could be an infection like lyme disease, babesia or bartonella. You might have an autoimmune illness like polymyalgia rheumatica or this could be fibromyalgia. This could also be due to  exposure to mold or chemical toxins. You need to see a good doc for further evaluation.

Doubtful: Unless you received tetanus shot or rabies prophylaxis which may be a reaction to these. Your symptoms are not related to dog bite.
Check with the PCP that treated you.
