No: Low ferritin suggests iron-deficiency, which can have some of the same symptoms as low thyroid.  But neither iron levels or ferritin would directly affect the thyroid.  Hypothyroidism is usually caused by autoimmunity, where the immune system makes antibodies targeting one's own proteins.  If those antibodies target thyroid proteins, hypothyroidism can result.

Blood tests: There are a few diseases that leap out from blood tests.  Most of the time, however, blood tests don't tell the doctor much on their own.  These results fall into the second group, not very specific.  Low ferritin is not nearly as worrisome as high ferritin.

i am suffering from  subclinical hypothyroidism and also low ferritin.....suggest me to control both by taking natural foods?

Better options: "Natural"foods are not an easy answer. What is your idea of "natural" foods? Do you consider eating thyroid gland of cows or pigs natural? There are safe and effective medications that will address the issues. Both iron and thyroid supplementation is available in pills that can be taken by mouth. There is no virtue in not taking effective medication. Please consult your doctor for the medications.

Low ferritin: I don't think so.  If your hypothyroidism is controlled with synthroid (thyroxine) then you are essentially normal from a thyroid point of view.  Need to look for other causes.

Slight hypothyroid: Hemoglobin of 9.3 needs close attention .
Slightly hypothyroid doesn't mean much. Either you have hypothyroidism or you do not.
Please discuss these items with your primary doctor.

Yes, iron: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, given your TSH value you probably do not need thyroid medication. However, you are iron deficient and should take oral iron supplement and multivitamins.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

: None of tests will provide any results about use/abuse of marijuana or nicotine.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Need to see your : Doctor. Low ferritin levels mean reduced iron stores, usually due to blood loss. In a male this requires investigation for source of blood loss.

Probably not: Work the up independently. You're unlikely to find why your IgA is low and this is probably not going to be productive. One person in 500 doesn't have any. Iron deficiency, by contrast, is extremely serious. You have colon or stomach cancer or a bleeding ulcer until proved other. (I trust you're not an amateur vegetarian.) Get that worked up for real.
