See below: Implications depend on the underlying cause. For, example coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, idiopathic etc. Medications are very effective and frequently can increase ef back to or near normal. Close follow up with your cardiologist is critical.

HF: you have complex issues. Why do you have HF and also the cause of liver disease ? The AGMA is concerning and has to be worked up. Some of these conditions can be related. What hormones did you take ? I have more questions than answers, more so because you have 2 organ dysfunction and a acid base disorder and they can be related.

Most likely not : LVEF quantification by LV angiogram less accurate, reproducible, user dependent and quality of cath. CMRI clearly shown to be more accurate in assessment of LV, RV strict ion and function. Further your dose of beta blocker so low that it makes it even less likely that the medicine caused an improvement so fast. My guess is cMRI accurate and glad it's the higher #!

What's the question?: This result indicates a blockage with resultant heart muscle damage (prior heart attack) likely involving an artery known as the "LAD".  In this particular case the LAD is likely large with a "wrap around" to the apical inferior region.  A cardiac catheterization would be recommended to visualize the coronary arteries followed by possible stenting if the area is "viable" and not scarred

Prob is related: Hida scans measure the ability of the gallbladder to contract. 7% is clearly abnormal. Did you have pain when they gave you the second medication? Dysfunction of the gallbladder is called biliary dyskinesia. Most of these patients get better with removing the gallbladder.
