i had  four separate urine drug test resulting in negitve diluted. my med record show 10 year history of low creatine levels. what could cause this?

Unclear question: Did the lab tell you that urine was too dilute for a valid test? If so you could limit your fluid intake the day before and provide first voided sample. What is your serum creatinine level?

: Low creatinine numbers do not mean reduced kidney function. As kidneys begin to deteriorate, the creatinine actually goes up. If your GFR is over 60, you can take magnesium safely. Iron supplementation can be pursued if there is clear evidence of iron deficiency. An isolated abnormal mch is not a diagnosis of iron deficiency. Please speak with your doctor to discuss next steps based on your labs.

No: Low creatine kinase never means anything unless you are severely sick, and then it correlates only with what's obvious clinically. Reference ranges are set so that a few percent of healthies are arbitrarily outside.

One for your doctor: A low creatinine is never a cause for concern. High potassium in the absence of some sign of ill-health can be due to something as trivial as rough handling of the blood tube (hemolysis). Perhaps your physician will repeat the draw, or write off a lab that does not make sense. I trust you do not have addisonism. Good luck.

Likely normal: Blood volume, especially plasma volume increases during pregnancy and causes dilution of many blood constituents, including creatinine. Low creatinine is not something to be concerned about.
