i have low back pain for almost 4 months, it detonates when i bend my low back forward, when i do that it get worse while the day goes on, picking in the night before sleep, less pain in the morning when wake up, and no pain if i don't bend forward.

Back,leg symptoms: The combination of low back pain and neurological symptoms in the leg and vulva raises possibility of spinal cord or nerve root impingement by a herniated intervertebral disk low down in the spinal column. I recommend that you be evaluated by a neurosurgeon as soon as possible in view of the progressing symptoms to prevent serious neurological damage.

mid and low back pain at night and morning, hips hurt, not due to injury, not relieved by aleve or changing positions. came on suddenly and getting worse, unable to sleep, causes nausea. what can cause this? no history of any back issues.

Of concern: Bone pain that is worse at night is a red flag. Would suggest seeing your doc for an exam and full history. Imaging will be likely needed and in the process stronger pain meds will be needed, by controlling pain it is likely that nausea and sleep will improve. The differential is large, from infections to malignancies and a full workup is definitely needed.

Not necessarily: You need to start by seeing a physician.  There are many causes of low back pain.  Most cases of mechanical low back pain (even chronic pain) can be treated conservatively.

See PCP: It may be a herniated lower spine disk with sciatica. See your pcp and maybe have an MRI done. At night you are prone, less pressure on your spine, but during the day you are active , lots of pressure->pain.

Fact: Muscle tend to tense up during cold. It is the response before shivering to generate more heat. The muscle tension may worsen the pain.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Most likely it is : A coincidence given your history although one should look for any signs of fever, chills, sweats or general malaise or not feeling well along with any pain more than usual especially with spasm that does not improve with rest.  There is a remote possibility that an infection can occur in a disc via the circulation when one has had a procedure in a region with known bacteria like the gut or mouth.

MRI or EMG: Would see your doctor for a possible MRI  and emg. Anxiety can certainly exacerbate symptoms. Depending on results, would try to treat medically.
