Fat needs fuel: Extra fat needs "fuel" or a blood supply to nourish the same. The veins you see are there for that reason and showing up on the surface of the breast. Weight reduction would help your body overall and not just in the breast. By the way, fat makes extra estrogen as well.

Circulation/Raynauds: Turning blue when exposed to cold is an extreme reaction to what the body normally does in response to the cold.  When cold, the blood vessels in the extremities and superficial skin constrict to conserve heat.  This occurs more drastically for some, and may even turn the skin blue or cause pain in some people. This can be associated with other disorders and it is important to have it evaluated.

17yo spider veins: Genetics, environmental, life stye, vascular issues, endocrine issues  or all. Best to see doctor to evaluate

Thrombophlebitis: Superficial thrombophlebitis often occurs in varicose veins. It may extend up &amp; down the saphenous vein or may stay confined to a cluster of tributary varicosities away from the main saphenous vein. While it can follow trauma to a varix, it frequently occurs in varicose veins without a precursor.  Thrombophlebitis in a varicose vein develops as a tender, hard knot &amp; is often surrounded by redness.

Yes, pain: in a superficial venous varicosity could mean thrombosis or skin breakdown.  Or it could be something else, b/c such severe pain in front of knee is a bit unusual for varicose vein.  Show it to your doctor to be sure.

took hot bath, both legs turned red, had bad itching with rash. put cold rags on. felt better in 20 minutes. feet are cold a lot.. have spider veins?

Hot bath: You probably had cholenergic urticaria or hives caused by the hot water. Your feet may be cold because of poor circulation caused by spider veins.

No.: You have another problem.  The use of blood thinners which are vitamin-k dependent do not cause spider veins, nor do theseause wrist pain. Something else is going on..... !

May be telangiectasi: It may be something else such as telangiectasias or small blood changes. Have then checked by a doctor becuase the can be associated with certain rheumatology conditions.
