Inflamed follicles: They are almost certainly inflamed hair follicles. By now, some of them may be infected. A good start would be to soak your legs in warm water 15 minutes three times a day before you go looking for antibiotics. If they cover a small enough area you can do this with warm compresses. See if they get better and hurt less. Do it for 5 days and then decide if you need to see a doctor for antibiotics.

See the Dr.: Best to se the Dr.  Sounds like you re getting a chronic folliculitis, which could be caused by shaving.  Assuring you shave after showering, when your pores are open from the hot water, and you use a proper shaving cream and sensitive razor that is disposable, that could decrease the incidence of you getting them.  best wishes.

Dermatofibroma: This is most likely diagnosis but see your md or dermatologist for a more accurate diagnosis and suggested treatment.

Bump : An inflamed cyst from bacteria in the hair follicle  may not show a "pus head" but rather show redness, tenderness, due to inflammation or infection deep in the skin .  See a dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Extra skin: Most likely it is extra skin known as a skin tag.... Or it may be a wart. Most likely something benign.

QUIT PICKING!: I assume you shave. Depending on your type of skin and susceptibility to inflammation, you move likely have folliculitis from ingrown hair. Options are not shaving (doubt you'll like that one), waxing can decrease folliculitis, or laser hair removal.  Bummer being a female in a lookism society, huh?

Probably ok: Would be helpful to see a pic of this spot to know what it is &amp; whether it is any cause for concern.  Most light brown bumps are going to be benign = non-cancerous, either a dermatofibroma, Nevus (mole), or seborrheic keratosis.  That said, some brown bumps could be melanoma, a dangerous skin cancer.  If it’s not growing or changing, I would be less concerned, but again, a pic/exam would help.

i have been having trouble with razor bumps and ingrown hair , i have them all over my thighs and leg what can i do to get rid of then?

Options: Only shave after taking a bath or shower so that your skin is hydrated. Liberally apply a high quality shaving gel, and only shave in the direction of hair growth (not against). Use a high quality multi blade razor, and replace it frequently. If this does not eliminate the problem see your dermatologist for additional prescription options.

Infection: Try regular use of Hibicleanse or other bactericidal soap daily and see if that effects the rash

Do you shave?: If you shave, you may be more prone to it.  You may also have a skin infection, like folliculitis.  Or if the bumps are large and painful and red, you may have MRSA and if they are large enough, the bumps may need lanced, or you may need antibiotics.  You should have them looked at.  In addition, if you smoke or are diabetic or have other chronic illnesses, you should definitely have it checked.
