Yes: Definitely. After it heals, it tends to get back to normal. The more irritation, the more numbing or even burning can occur.

You're probably: having the aura of migraine headaches.Do you actually lose your vision(everything goes black),or does it just get blurry or fuzzy? Thats a migraine aura, as is the crawling sensation..  If you actually lose your vision,that is seriouss and needs Neurologic and Ophthalmologic eval. overall, it sounds like migraines or migraine equivalents. See your Dr. Your risk of stroke is rare.

: Since this occurs in a number of areas, it is not likely to be a simple pinched nerve. Please see your PCP for a neurologic examination. MS is one possible cause, and post COVID neurologic conditions have been reported. A metabolic screening panel is also recommended. Were there any toxic exposures? Keep all vaccinations including COVID 19 up to date.

Need rest?: Am I correct to think you are talking about problems from masturbation? Sometimes, frequent masturbation might cause soreness. Also, if done frequently to where you are losing rest, then you may have erection problems too. : covid is unpredictable in causing post recovery symptoms any place in the body- which in most cases go away with time. It does not seem from MS or pinched nerve.

MRI is best : Stroke symptoms are variable but a brain MRI will detect even very small stokes almost immediately.  Ct scanning, although cheaper and faster, can miss small strokes or very early strokes.

Hard to say: There are multiple potential causes.  A detailed exam and appropriate studies can usually determine the cause.  It is good to know your MRI of neck and brain ok.  Consider seeing a neurologist; a nerve conduction test might also be useful.
