Chronic fatige: This is unlikely.  Chronic fatigue has a whole lot of possibilities.  Most peolpe do well with only one kidney ie kidney donors.  Certailnly if your remaining kidney is failing and not working correctly this can cause fatigue with often swelling, sob and lab abnormalities.  See your doctor.

Unlikely: Please indicate which tests? There are all kinds of different tests from Urinalysis to Blood tests and Imaging studies. So be specific about the name of the test and the abnormal value that you are concerned about.

: It reflects the scarring or fibrotic change of the renal parenchyma (the functioning part of the kidney) which takes months to years to develop, i.e. chronic.

Kidney infections: Any chronic illness can cause metabolic changes that might lead to weight loss.  I would be more concerned about why you're having recurring infections of the "kidneys". Are you sure they were not blader inffections?  Recurring infections involving the kidneys should always be evaluated by a urologist.

Probably else: When your kidneys fail they stop making urine and you retain urine and gain wt. you present with unintentional rapid wt loss. That has to be worked up pronto. See a good internist right away. Oy Vay!!!

Perhaps: The answer really depends on the overall health of the patient as well as the size and location of the stones, all of which determine what type of surgical procedure would be best for her specific case.  Her treating physicians will consult with the urologist to decide if surgery is best for her.

UTI w/ pain: Kidney or bladder pain ? Peri renal  infection? Tried a relaxant - pyridium (phenazopyridine)? Is  the bug sensitive to the antibiotic and no other signs of  drug reaction?  if all  normal  could be interstitial cystitis , or hyperalgesia to narcs ( usually you chronic. narcs use)   f/u w/ urologist

Correlate blood test: Increased cortical echogenicity with mild corticomedullary differentiation,  usually means medical renal disease. Kft probably means kidney function tests. These are blood tests such as serum creatinine, bun, and GFR (glomerular filtration rate).
