Not that I know of: Both drugs, in fact, REDUCE tremor in most people. Dark urine is usually just related to dehydration, but if you are normally hydrated and it still appears dark, a urinalysis is the place to at least start.  Cannot tell you what is going on without a more complete history of the problem, as well as more medical information. Talk to your cardiologist about it.

Anyone: However, make sure that you are not depressed. Anxiety may be a symptom of depression and antidepressants may be more effective in controlling it than ativan (lorazepam).

No: Ativan (lorazepam) is much more habit forming, like valium. Propranolol is a blood pressure medicine which works to decrease the sympathetic 'fight or flight' system that can trigger panic attacks.

Panic: Either one, depending on the extent &amp; duration of the symptoms. Ativan (lorazepam) calms anxiety down. Propranolol slow heart rate. Both can cause sedation. Review with your doctor first.

Caution!: while often taken together, these medications are both very sedating and should be taken with caution.  I usually recommend spacing them out by several hours and watching for sedation/lethargy.  Make sure someone is home with you.

No too much sedation: Ativan is a tranquilizer used short term or occasionally for anxiety.
Hydroxyzine is used for itching and can also be used as a tranquilizer.
Both medications cause drowsiness and should not be used together.
An alternative to Hydroxyzine for itching would be an over the counter antihistamine that does not cause sedation such as Claritin (loratadine) or allegra.

Calming: Lorazepam might be temporarily prescribed early in the course of taking venlafaxine.  At a low dose, the Lorazepam would be calming along with the venlafaxine.  Used too much or too often, Lorazepam could cause confusion or memory lapses.  Please ask your own prescribing doctor about any concerns with combining these medicines.
