headache: Sedation, drowsiness, possibly dizziness, and all other effects and collateral effects of lorazepam. Try to avoid any future mistakes, only take what is prescribed for you. Migraine would still be there if Ibuprofen was the treatment and nobody took the tablet, unless symptoms spontaneously subsided. Ask your dr. Good luck.

Lorazepam: Lorazepam is a very strong sedative. That large of a dose, enough to sedate a horse, was probably too much for your system.  I would not recommend that you repeat the experience.

The increased dose of lorazepam should cause some extra drowsiness, but that dose is well within the acceptable range for someone your size. I wouldn't expect any significant adverse reactions. If you have extreme confusion, your friends cannot wake you, or you have difficulty breathing, go to the ER. Hope this helps!

Lorazepam: This is a question you need to ask the physician who evaluated you for your problems.  It's both impossible and unfair to "second-guess" the reasons something was prescribed, when we weren't present during your evaluation. We didn't see how you were at that time, and cannot possibly know all the  factors your physician noted when prescribing as s/he did.

Hurt?: There are no direct interactions between Ativan (lorazepam) and ibuprofen, if that's what you mean.  Not sure what the Ativan (lorazepam) is prescribed for, or what symptoms you're having, though.

i took 200 mg ibuprofen an hour ago for cramps. i take 1/4 mg ativan (lorazepam) as needed for anxiety. is it ok to take ativan (lorazepam) now after taking ibuprofen?

Not problematic: The two should not interact adversely, at the amounts you describe.  Can take together if needed.
