Go back: To the doc, let him evaluate the pain, and reapply a new cast. It might of loosened if swelling reduced.

Not specific: This is not particularly indicative of any specific condition but that doesn't mean that something is still not wrong. You will need an exam to evaluate the possible causes of the pain including arthritis, sprain, strain, ligamentous, tendinous injury, etc.

i had an athroscopy on my wrist to repair torn cartlidge in june 2016 and ecu realease on same wrist in 2014. but i still have pain my wrist. could the sutures have come loose or could that be the cause of the problem. it seems to be getting worse?

TFCC: See your surgeon. If you had TFCC repair the cartilage may not have healed.Occasionally the ulna bone may need ‘shortening’ w/ triangular fibrocartlagious complex(TFCC)repairs/ debridements esp.in racquet sport athletes and golfers.Arthroscopic photos f/2016 would be impt.to look at. Hypermobility : If it is genetic, hypermobile syndrome is seen in  about 50% of your relatives. If it is the result of a previous injury then this would be approached differently. In general the best therapy is to help strengthen the muscles that support your increased flexibility.

See your doc: If you recently had surgery and the surgical wound is coming open, you need to go back to the doc who performed the surgery for additional treatment. You should call them right away and be seen as soon as possible. Infections after orthopedic surgeries can lead to bad outcomes. Don't delay seeing your doc for this!

One is conservative : Wrist-weight bearing?you do not weight bear on wrist.From the limited information likely not much different.One sounds like wants to go straight to surgery.One wants to try conservative approach with steroid injection first.Maybe ask him if steroid injections do not work -what next,likely will tell you physical therapy then surgery.

Carpal Tunnel: The sensation of weakness and numb especially over the last 2 fingers may indicate that you have carpal tunnel syndrome, which is an inflammation of the median nerve and compression as it passes under the Carpal ligament in your wrist. Treatment includes rest, ice, stretching exercises and antiinflammatory meds. See a Dr if it worsens as they may choose to cut the ligament trapping the nerve.

Poss celiac: Symptoms could fit celiac disease which can have neurological, digestive and skin manifestations or symptoms. You should see pcp but recommend you ask to have celiac blood tests run in addition to any other work up advised. A neurology and gastroenterology consult may be indicated & helpful given symptoms you mention.

Maybe Carpal Tunnel: Carpal tunnel syndrome typically presents as numbness and tingling in the hand, predominantly in the thumb and first two fingers, worse with increased pressure in the carpal tunnel. We tend to flex the wrist when asleep, which causes worsening symptoms overnight and first thing in the morning.
