See a doctor/gastro: You have been having loose stools for three years and now started vomiting, i think it is about time you seek medical help and see your doctor oe consult a gastroenterologist
it i apparent you have a chronic medical condition, it may be inflammatory bowel disease or some thing else which may be serious
you need examination, blood test and colonoscopy and maybe endoscopy as well to find out what is it.

DIARRHEA: Check with the pediatrician. If too much watery stool, can be from formula intolerance or lactose intolerance, baby can be dehydrated.

Probably not: Likely just your body getting back to normal after having bug causing diarrhea for a few days. Find some probiotic to take at your local pharmacy which will help stabilize the bacterial flora in your gut to it's "normal state".

Change in bowels: A slight change in bowel habits is expected after surgery.  This should settle down with time.  Try eating yogurt and foods that will restore the bacteria flora to the colon.  Good luck and feel better!

Many causes: There are many causes and the only way to come to a diagnosis would be to have her examined and also have microscopic examination of her stools. In addition to bacteria and viruses we also need to look for Giardia and amoebas. This can also happen due to allergy and milk intolerance. So make an appointment and have her seen.

Inadequate bile, gallstones, blocked bile ducts, irritable bowel ; diarrhea are possibilities especially with symptoms like diarrhea, constipation or abd.Discomfort.   Stooling change warrants eval.
