Diarrhea: Please have yourself checked by a doctor. It looks like you contracted an infection or a parasite. In the meantime, push fluids containing electrolytes like gatorade to prevent dehydration.

Possibly: There are many reasons for diarrhea.  Food-related gastroenteritis is a possibility but there are many other reasons.  It is very important to keep hydrated with lots of oral fluids.  If the diarrhea persists a physician should be consulted for a workup.

i got over salmonella poisoning about a month ago after being sick for 3 weeks. about a day and a half ago i started having very loose diarrhea, stomach cramps, headache and chills. could i have it again??

: You could. If you got exposed to another strain of salmonella, you get a repeat of the symptoms. It would be prudent to see your doctor to get tested.
Drink enough water to stay hydrated.

Don't ignore it: This is well worth seeing your provider who may do a stool for fat, culture or other new stool test. If fats and carbohydrates are not being absorbed, they may allow this change to occur. It is easily treatable but only after appropriate testing.

Diarrhea: Hi, loose stools everyday, depending upon the duration and frequency and the time of the day or night, can have various causes.
 If theres is blood, mucus, fevers, wt loss or pain while defecating then you need to see your pcp/gi. Keeping a food chart to see a temporal co-relation to certain foods will help (esp with lactose intolerance). Blood work ; stools studies will help for clarification.

Diarrhea : It is unclear if you are suggesting your new job is causing you anxiety and that may be part of your diarrhea ? Based on your frequency of BM, consistency and if you have have BM at night all can help. If you have diarrhea at night that awakens you and have increased frequency and loose large or small amount or any pain good idea to see your MD.

Gastroenteritis: Viral gastroenteritis usually last for about a week. Further evaluation might be needed if diarrhea lasts over a week. Warning signs include: fever, significant abdominal pain, blood or pus in stools, &gt;6 stools/day. Stool studies would be part of the evaluation.

Possible IBS?: Your symptoms sounds like Irritable Bowel syndrome ( IBS). It's good to consult MD to rule out other mire serious causes . Try to have breakfast rather with " Probiotic " drinks than milk and try gluten free product .  ( for example Jogurt .Kefir, Lassi, Yakult, Danactive,) Mix a nice breakfast smoothie with spoon of flaxseed meal . OK Almond milk .  Avoid much sugar and artificial sweeteners .
