The : The best thing i suggest you do is find out where the closest teaching hospital is located and then ask to see one of the senior residents at their clinic. Residents see patients without insurance and for the most part, are very knowledgable and can handle mostly any problem you have. Also, because they are residents, they have some more time to talk with you and really get to the foundation of your physical and emotional stresses. Hope this helped.

Also you want to know about any infertility or anyone else having recurrent miscarriages. And it is important to know at what age your mother went through menopause. That information may not be useful but it may be important.

Medically safe: Vaccine. Until one is invented and both parties are inoculated the risk of infection will not abate. Doesn’t matter if it's a friend, relative, coworker, neighbor, spouse, child, postman, grocery clerk, etc. Wear a mask, wash hands, maintain social distancing from everyone...everyone..., avoid crowds, and get vaccinated as soon as vaccine is available
