Get it checked: Melanonychia can be caused by medications, fungus, trauma, systemic or inflammatory diseases. but the most concerning cause is what is called "subungual melanoma". Thus, any dark or hyper pigmentation underneath the nail/nailbed should be brought to the attention of your doctor as soon as possible.

i have a melanonychia in my toe of the middle finger nail . which is lightbrown in colour. it's  width is small about 0.2cm. is this harmful. i'm worried. is this cause nail cancer. i'm worried?

: It is too early to tell. But it requires monitoring. I would suggest that you take some photographs on your camera now and do it once monthly x 3 months.
If you see your nail starting to turn black, then a biopsy may be required to assess this pigmented area for melanoma, which can arise from the base of the nail. it is rare and treatable provided you keep a close eye on its growth/change, get chk

Yes: You should definitely see your doctor immediately if this happens.  Most commonly it is caused by a sudden drop in your glucose levels or blood pressure which are a result of the hormone changes of pregnancy.  However sometimes it could be due to a problem with your heart, etc so it should never be ignored.

Yes: Women gain weight during pregnancy. There is a normal range of weight gain that a pregnant woman and her doctor can talk about. Too much or too little weight gain are not good. Exception:  possibly, an obese woman (from overeating) could get pregnant and then start eating properly, and lose "fat" weight at the same rate that she gains "pregnancy" weight, thus appearing to not to gain any weight.

Usually up to 32 wee: Usually up to 32 weeks if you are having absolutely no problems with your pregnancy, but you should be asking your OB that ?, he or she may have a differnet answer since they have been following your pregnancy and obviously a bumpy flight in bad weather has more potential to cause problems.

The issue with a : Dry suit is what you are doing in it. If you are snorkeling or swimming that is fine.  If you are diving in a dry suit, that is not healthy during pregnancy.
