Kelp, certain mushrooms, and in general a diet with healthy fat and leaner protein with less refined cho.

Yes quite a few : Ibuprofen (sold in the us as motrin, advil) and Naproxen (sold as aleve) are both anti-inflammatories lasting eight and twelve hours respectively. They are often referred to as nsaids or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.   In addition, old fashioned Aspirin works the same way. Acetaminophen (or paracetamol), sold as tylenol (acetaminophen) is not an NSAID and works differently.  Does nothing for inflammation.

Depends on a lot: The greater the extent of underlying debility and of body/organ involvement, the more likely that inflammatory condition will take its toll on the sufferer.  Generalized arthropathies, widespread and active crohn's disease, extensive skin eruptions are troubling examples but may be less immediately life-threatening than localized inflammation of a critical organ like the brain, heart, etc.

Many: Traditional medicine will use nsaids to help decrease inflammation as well as ice after activity.  Other natural things to incorporate are high doses of omega 3 _4-6 grams/day, curcumin or adding tumeric to your food daily 1/2 tsp, glucosamine chondroitan, msm, acupuncture, reiki can help as well.

Resect if possible: Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumors (plasma cell granulomas) are found in multiple anatomic sites. Therapies included complete resection, incomplete resection, observation, or chemotherapy, and/or radiation. Aadjuvant chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy following surgery has been employed  for local aggressiveness , invasion, positive margins, or location of tumor that was not amenable to surgical resection.  The tumor wnich  may be a locally aggressive and destructive neoplasm responds well to therapy. Tumor recurrence is unusual following complete surgical resection or organ-preserving combined modality therapy. .
