Need exam for Dx: Many things can cause a rash on chest and neck.  If you are not bathing with soap, then that can be eliminated, but clothing often has soap/softener residue.   People with atopic dermatitis will often get a rash from friction of clothing around the neck or areas that perspire.  Seborrheic dermatitis is common in hairy areas.  Psoriasis can occur anywhere.  Tinea versicolor is fungus on chest/back.

4-6 months: They usually have pretty good control by 4 months of age.  They have really good control by 6 months of age.

i had protected sex. i got various hiv like symptoms from 1st week. i tested for hiv duo test on 31st, 41st, 51st, 60th day and all negative. all other sti negative. i still have one swollen lymph node in neck, longer uvula & knee pain. is this hiv?

Unlikely: From what you described you are unlikely to have HIV from the encounter in question. You should get a HIV nucleic acid test at 6 months after exposure. You may have acquired other infections, herpes is not prevented by a condom. It would be prudent to see a doctor for an evaluation.
Get HPV vaccine.

Growth: most girls skeletal growth is finished by 16 yrs and most boys by 18 years. People slouch and they can improve their posture. If you want to call that growth then so be it but most doctors would not, they would just say that your standing up straight. If you had surgically correctable scoliosis then that would lengthen your spinal column.

could jaw surgery make my neck look longer?

No vertical length: When you get a jaw surgery that advances the lower jaw forward, it can make the "chin to throat distance" longer and enhance the appearance of a tight neck, long jaw line, and the youthful look.  This may also give the appearance of a longer neck, but this does not make the neck vertically longer.  That would require making you taller in the cervical spine and i'm not aware of such a surgery.

Tingle &amp; Neck: ALS is very far down on the list of diagnostic possibilities but please do see your doctor.  A neck issue can manifest in arm tingle.  Beyond that, you may have a health phobia.  If so, and clinical psychologist can be of help.  Peace and good health.

Crack kills: Probably not.  It is not advised to "crack" your own neck.  You could tear an artery and over time, make the joints of your neck have accelerated degeneration.

Mm difference: Every day our spine compresses a few mm which stretch out again when we become horizontal again. I suppose it might be possible to stretch a few mm  more with exercises, but very loittle

my son, 35, when he tilts his neck over to one side he can feel a gland, but when he goes back to regular position he can no longer feel it, does this indicate anything? i feel something similar when i do that too.. i worry about it! is this a worry?
