i have a bowel movement, at times pebbles comes out first and then the main log comes out. everything else seems fine. i wipe 2/3 x and its clean. is there any cause for concern ? . sometimes the pebble floats and sinks?

Call your doctor : If your requirements exceed the allotment in your prescription call your doctor's office to change the amount of Insulin you get at a time. Running out of Insulin is a potential emergency. In some states you don't need a prescription to get insulin. Check with your local pharmacy.  Though, without one you may have to pay out of pocket.

The premise is that babies who move a lot are healthy babies, and babies who don't move may be "asking for help".  Babies in utero sleep in 90-120 minute cycles.  If lack of movement persists much longer than that, call your obstetrician or go to l&d.  99% of the time, he/she is fine.

Control your carbs: Congratulations on your success!  now it's time to put positive lifestyle habits in place that will keep you healthy (that's how you get to a proper weight). The bottom line is to eat real food. There are 2 good places to go to learn what that means: primal and paleo lifestyles. Stop counting calories and start controlling starches and sugars (no more than 100 grams of total carbs/day).

Sinus: This sounds like a sinus infection and antibiotics may be needed. You can also try to use a nasal rinse, or take decongestants, or use nasal sprays.

Constipation: If you have the urge to have a bm but can't,work from below by inserting a glycerin rectal suppository or a stronger dulcolax suppository. If no results insert a fleets oil retention enema followed by a regular fleets enema or tap water enema. Occasionally manual disimpaction of the rectum is required by a nurse or a physician.

Knee sprain: At the very least.If you have swelling and persistant pain, see your doctor to rule out a more signifant injury.
