I am experiencing horrible constipation. it feels like a log in my rectum. please help ?

Constipation: If you have the urge to have a bm but can't,work from below by inserting a glycerin rectal suppository or a stronger dulcolax suppository. If no results insert a fleets oil retention enema followed by a regular fleets enema or tap water enema. Occasionally manual disimpaction of the rectum is required by a nurse or a physician.
