?beneficial: Likly to be beneficial in variety of conditions as source of protein.    I am not sure the price you pay.    Is worth it as egg white is as good a protein which comes.  In natural form.

Kidneys don't move: The kidneys don't really move if you gain weight.  However, they may seem deeper in the abdomen or flanks as more and more fatty tissue is layered on to the body.  Also, there is a layer of  natural or peri-renal fat that may enlarge as more and more weight is gained.

No and depends: If used  when you are otherwise normal and  drinking plenty of fluids they are ok.  Which is optimum, depends on a number of circumstances.

Simply speaking, they are the factories to generate the products that the body can use and eliminate the side products that body will not use or too much. Once they fail to function normally, fluid with those material cannot be eliminated, fluid will accumulate inside the body.

To get a baseline of your health status get a battery of blood tests such as a cbc&amp; differential cell count&amp; complete metabolic profile. Be good to your body permanently&amp; treasure your good health

Must be done right: You can overdo creatine at your age. While it will not stunt your growth, in excessive amounts and without proper fluid, it can stress or be harmful to your kidneys. With any supplements in childhood and/or adolescence, you should check with doctor before starting and discuss your goals and desires as to why you want to use this and if this is the best option for what your goals are.

my urea is 7.1. mmol/l. my dr said thats ok. my other measures were fine i.e. creatinine. my kidneys and liver were measured because of itch all over my body. the itch has gotten less. is urea too high? what should i do now?

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if creatinine and eGFR are normal, do not be concerned about urea level.    
Drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless.
