Medication may help: If you eat healthy and are not overweight and exercise regularly, you may consider blood pressure medication in consultation with your doctor. The blood pressures you mention (130s to sometimes 150s) systolic should be treated in my opinion.

can i stop hypertension by living healthy lifestyle?

Not necessarily: It depends on the cause and severity of hypertension. Losing weight, exercise, and reducing salt intake will help but may not bring the blood pressure to normal level, If you have high blood pressure, it is imperative that you follow your doctor's instructions and the take the medication as advised.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

is it possible for a woman living with hiv without knowing for 11 and her daughter is 10 yrs old without any symptoms healthy.can you tell from this whether they are hiv positive or not.she had only i sex partner in life and even he is living healthy?

: HIV can be positive for years without symptoms. There are some rare people (which I have personally seen twice) with HIV who never have a lowered T cell count so it would not show up on regular lab tests. Get an HIV test

can i walk for 30 minutes wen i am pregnant.i want to start living healthy but im scared that change of dieting and strolling might be stressful 4 d baby?

Yes: Of course check with your physician  first.  But in general 30 minutes of walking a day in most cases woud be beneficial.  If you have not been walking , you might need to start slow, gradually building up to your goal of 30 minutes.

ive had persistent constipation for over a year now. change in bowel habits, loose and thin stools, mucus in stools, and hemorrhoids. results from not living healthy. my grandpa died of colon cancer in his 50s. im only 26, should i get colonoscopy?

Doctor can examine: Young adults under age 30 are unlikely to have bowel cancer. A person can never tell if he is the rare unlucky one to get cancer at a young age. More importantly, a person cannot live his life worrying about rare diseases. So, the best one can do is live a healthy life, see the doctor for evaluation and do the colonoscopy if advised. That means a visit and full exam by one's primary care doctor.

Health: For the most part, your body will let you know if it is unhappy with the way its been treated through pain and other related phenomena, especially if routine medical checkups are ignored. And the mind will let the person know about its lack of health through its inability to process daily stress and strained interpersonal relationships.

Eat a balanced diet,: Reduce alcohol consumption, reduce salt &amp; fat in diet, reduce caffeine consumption, exercise 3-4 times a wk, sleep 7 hrs a night, connect with friends and family. Do this for the rest of your life.

Just low stress,: Happy living, healthy diet, no smoking/drugs/chemicals. A presumed fertile couple, married, settled down, happy with not too much stress from work and life... can relax and have sex every 1-2 days until pregnant. If not pregnant after 9 months, they can call her Ob-Gyn doctor to check for fertility problems. If it's already been a while, a Fertility doctor or Reproductive Endocrinologist can help.

Aging: As we age, our body composition changes. Our diet may be same but activity type or level changes along with level of stress and lot of other factors. There are medical causes like low thyroid hormone etc as well so get a checkup from your GP.
