Benign findings : Gallbladder sludge can be seen with rapid weight loss, prolonged fasting, really sick patients with low/absent oral intake or use of tpn.Certain drugs (i.e. Ceftriaxone) can also cause it.The clinical course of sludge varies - often going away if the causative agent is eliminated. Asymptomatic patients require no therapy. If symptomatic or complications arise cholecystectomy may be indicated.

Sand: I think of sludge at sand in the gallbladder.  Not stones but a precursor to stones in the form of a sandy substance.  If you have symptoms that could be related to the gallbladder, the gallbladder should be removed.  Depending on the size, location, and symptoms, the cyst could also be treated surgically at the same time.

May not be related: What was the cause of your pancreatitis? Gallbladder sludge can be seen in anyone that has been ill & not eating. Sludge may just be a side effect of the pain and illness of the pancreatitis. The liver cyst is also unrelated and just an insignificant finding on radiology study. Medical care for the pancreatitis and repeat gallbladder ultrasound in a few months.

Kidney problems: Not usually.  However gallbladder sludge can lead to pancreatitis which can cause acute kidney injury.  Also cysts in the liver can also be associated with cysts in the kidneys, so if there is anything abnormal with the kidney function, an ultrasound of the kidneys may be helpful.

Yes will see : Your doctor will visualize all viscera during laparoscopy procedures , liver cyst most the time inside the liver will not be able to see them with scope, gb sludge is not reonsible for formation
 of liver cysts.

Not specific: Perhaps your medical advisor is referring to problems with your gallbladder which is where the bile goes to when it leaves the liver. Ask your doctor to do a liver and gallbladder scan or perhaps take a look with a scope. We really need more information to help,  a low fat diet should help.

Liver enzymes : Increases in liver enzymes are often from fatty as a consequence of overeating,  high triglycerides or cholesterol, or excessive alcohol intake. There are other reasons for increased liver enzymes such as viruses, medications, or other diseases. Most likely you are overweight and have a very high-calorie intake. Please speak to your doctor.
