It is bilirubin: it is the amount of bile in the urine it can go higher id there  is infection or if there is a hemolysis or increased loculated bleeding like hematoma

For constipation: take Senna.  Senna is a very safe natural plant product with a wide dosage range.  Start by taking 2 tablets at bedtime, if you do not have a comfortable bowel movement (BM) the next day, take 4 tablets the next night.  You can continue to increase the dose by 2 tablets every night until it works.  It is safe and effective to continue taking the dose that works every night.

Rapid heart rate: You need to get to an emergency room for an evaluation for all of your seriious complaints. Your nausea and vomiting could be related to the cause of your elevated liver enzymes. You rapid heart rate may be symptom of dehydration and given the list of complaints you have, some of which are serious, you need to head for the nearest er as soon as possible to prevent a serious event from developing.

Need more info: There is not enough information here to help you. There are many liver enzymes checked in one blood test and 77 is normal for some of them. Dark urine can be from vitamins, medications or dehydration. Liver is on the right upper side of the abdomen ; not likely to cause left side abdominal pain. Need to follow up with the doctor who ordered your tests to get more info or possibly more tests.

Liver tests: Why are your liver tests elevated. Are they rising or improving? Is your bilirubin elevated. Fevers?  These are important factors.

Liver enzymes: While it is encouraging that these urinary tests are normal, they are not enough to ensure that your liver is healthy by themselves. If your doctor recommended routine screening tests of your liver, the blood tests are the only way to go. I would not worry; the vast majority of the people having a routine screening have completely normal liver tests. Good luck.

Liver pathology: Possibilities include viral hepatitis, alcohol related liver inflammation, fatty liver infiltration. Toxicity from other substances or medications may be unlikely in your case. I highly recommend that a hepatologist or gastroenterologist evaluate,advise and follow you. In the meantime, abstain from alcohol.

Bilirubin : A small amount of billirubin in urine is normal and gives the urine it's yellow color. High amounts of the direct bilirubin component is usually due to liver disease or bile tract blockage like gall stones. It appears that your son has none of these abnormalities.

Fever is usually: caused by infection, but it could be symptom of inflammatory disorders or rarely even malignancy.  If your tests were  completely normal, it is unlikely that it is a life-threatening condition.  If it persists, you should return to your doctor for more thorough evaluation.
