there is something under my right rib cage, it doesn't hurt. i just know it's there, not noticable unless you touch in the right place. sometimes i couldn't find it right away. could it be my intestine with misplaced food, muscle, liver complication?

Certain conditions such as hemochromatosis (iron overload) can cause both heart failure and liver cirrhosis.  Liver cirrhosis itself can cause water retention particularly in the belly called ascites.

I do not think the liver would require any specific restrictions other than alcohol.  Rj.
