: The liver to a great extent could self heal when the cause of injury is removed; it may take a few years however. The liver could regenerate without need of any medication.

on ct scan what does hypodense regions noted in the liver parenchyma be consistent with unopacified vascular structure mean?

: It means that area is likely a vessel in the liver (vein or artery) but the scan was done without IV contrast so the content, i.e. blood, inside the vessel could not be confirmed (unopacified). If contrast is in blood, the image on scan will become white and it is called opacified. You will likely need a CT scan with IV contrast to confirm that finding is truly a vascular structure.

: Early fibrosis does not inevitably lead to cirrhosis. It could remain stable or reverse with time depending on the cause and general health status of the person.

i heard sulfonamide class of diuretic like furosemide should never be given to patients with liver cirrhosis(ascites)because it has amine in their structure and leads to ammonia formation and that makes the situation a little harder. is that true?

: No, it is not true. Furosemide (Lasix) is commonly used in patient with liver cirrhosis when we treat fluid retention.

: It is not feasible to know what the issue may be, without examining you. If the "structure" has remained stable in size, is not painful and you have not lost weight, you may watch and wait. If you get any abdominal symptoms, it would be prudent to see your doctor.

Parts is parts: Intersex would be an issue when the outer parts were structured in a way that you could not assign a sex based on appearance.The testis in males are created next to the kidneys and migrate down to the sac during pregnancy, usually by 28-30 wks but some don't make it and need to be located/brought down by age 1.

: With abdominal CT studies, ovaries and descending colon are shown, but to be certain about ovarian possible abnormalities, an ultrasound of the lower abdomen (transvaginal U/S)  with contrast may be more accurate.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
