Not enough info!: Hard to say what's going on here.  Could be diastasis recti (a separation in abdominal wall muscles), if you are a heavy drinker it could be due to cirrhosis (though unlikely at your age), could be from excessive gas or constipation.  See your GP and let that doc sort it out for you. Once you have a diagnosis, then you can get a treatment plan.  Do a google image search for diastasis recti in men

Not usually ???: Do not know what u mean by a large stomach problem?Usually those are caused by large cysts ,  sometimes you may have endometriosis or adhesions or other pronlems of the bowels , your gyn needs to see you and your gyn may need to refer you to a gen surgeon or another specialist.

Lose 1 pound of fat per 3500 calories you drop or work off, but you can't pick where--sorry. You have much to gain from a moderate diet, regular exercise (get a personal trainer who can help you strive toward your goal) &amp; consistency.
