i have little pimple like itchy bumps on my body. these are not mosquito bites and not bed bug bites because they don't come in clusters what wrong ?

There are so many: reasons to have lesions that fit that description that it isn't even reasonable for me to guess at it.

Rash: The rash you are describing is not the rash of measles, rather the rash of a viral exanthem which are very common in children this time of year,  The treatment is nothing, as it will go away by itself. A child with measles is very ill with high fever, eye redness, cough, and diffuse morbilliform rash all over the body.

CHild rash: Be concerned if the child is having symptoms from the rash (itching, pain, drainage), or if it's not improving in a couple of weeks after treatment. It may be many different things and may need a doctor to do a good history and look at the rash to determine what it is and what the best treatment would be.

Not a good idea: It is not a good idea without knowing exactly what you are treating.Devobet is a combination local ointment used for psoriasis and it contains Dexamethasone a strong steroid which may make your rash worse
i will suggest you consult your family doctor or a dermatologist for appropriate diagnosis and treatment.

Try different things: I would try a different razor, then try different creams and use a lotion. Use lots of moisturizes afterwards.

Allergic reaction: You could be having an allergic reaction. Are you taking antibiotics? If so, you need to stop it and call your md for a change. If not taking any medication, try over the counter Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and see if the rash resolve.
