Oral mucocele: is a benign condition and it can happen when a salivary gland is injured or blocked. However, it's still a good idea to get it checked out, though, especially if it's bothersome. See your dentist  for evaluation.

i get these little clear blisters/bubbles under my tongue all the time and they hurt... i'm kind of scared for what they could be...

Herpes simplex virus: Cold sores, sometimes called fever blisters are groups of small blisters on the lip and around the mouth, but can also appear as clusters in other areas inside mouth ( roof mouth, gum..). The blisters may break open, leak a clear fluid, and then scab over after a few days. They usually heal in several days to 2 weeks. Just to confirm and be sure see a dentist next time they appear.

my friend has what looks like a air pocket under his tongue.. like a swollen bubble... just need to know what it may be and what it looks like a bubble that may have a little blood in it.. i really can not explain it to well..

Chances : Chances are it is not an air pocket.

Your friend should have it examined to determine the cause. Left untreated, it can become large and push the tongue back causing difficulty in breathing.

Leave it alone: Sounds like a little fluid filled cyst.  Just leave it alone, it will drain on its own.  As long as there is no fever or overlying redness or tenderness, this will take care of itself.

ate spicy food 6d ago.since, tongue hurts.burns a lot.i c small bubbles from middle to end.it swells at times so can't speak properly.cant eat/drink?

Chemical burn: sounds like either chemical burn or possible local allergic reaction. Can try toothpaste or mouth rinse for sensitive teeth which may help. Your doctor can prescribe mouth rinse viscous lidocaine, Benadryl, (diphenhydramine) and mylanta or Maalox which may help. Only time will heal tongue. Hope this helps. Best of luck. Dr. R

bit tip of tongue, looked and there was two small bubbles filled with blood.popped them like pimples and they are back.tongue sore/tingly.what is this?

All you did was: Convert a closed wound to an open one.  Leave them alone, rinse your mouth with warm saline (1 tsp table salt in a quart of water approximates that), and leave it alone for a week.

oct 9 had ranula drained at dentist.  now have more small bubbles on left and right side of mouth - under tongue.

i dont know what is  happening. do i have ranula condition?

Possibly: It is next to impossible to diagnose problems such as these without an examination. You were treated less than a week ago, please go back to your treating dentist (or oral surgeon) for a post operative evaluation.

i recently had my bottom molar extracted and i have got my mouth sliced open four times because my gum keeps getting infected! how can i fix this problem without getting it cut open again ??? its like a little bubble and blood comes out of it.

Oral surgeon: Sounds like the area has never healed and is infected. You need to see a board certified oral &amp; maxillofacial surgeon.
