i have got a single small blister in upper inner left eyelid since yesterday..what could be the reasons and remedies?

Many: A single small blister in the eyelid has several causes. Most frequently, it can be due: 
a blocked gland, like a sweat gland
an infection like herpes/zoster (most often this will be associated with pain or tingling and prior history of cold sores).

Since there is a good treatment for herpetic infections that can reduce recurrence, the blister should be examined by an ophthalmologist.

over 2wks i've gotten one tiny blister at a time working around inside edge of my bottom eyelid and now one on top lid. they hurt and itch a little. ?

There are a number: of teeny mites that grow on the face and like to live in the eyelashes. Demodex folliculorum. This is the most likely explanation for your symptoms. You should see a health care provider for evaluation and to receive appropriate prescription therapy. (Dermatologist) In the meantime wash your face and eyes twice a day with a gentle facial soap and washcloth.

Shingles???: First condition that comes to mind is possible shingles, a re-activation of the chicken pox that commonly effects that particular nerve branch. Definitely need to go in and be evaluated by your doctor.

Pinguecula: these bumps sound like pinguecula  which are actinic (sun induced) changes on the surface of the eye. They are benign and do not require intervention. They can be surgically excised if they are a cosmetic issue or become recurrently inflamed.

Skin lesion: The lesion you describe is probably a nevus(mole). I could also be a cherry angioma. I do not recommend you attemp removal requires surgical intervention. If truley a blood filled blister caused by trauma will resolve with no intervention.

It can be if it grow: Any pigmented lesions on the skin are suspect for Cancer when they are new, if they are growing in size or changing in their color, shape and size.If you want to take good care of yourself, you should show it to your dermatologist or to your family doctor soon.

Need exam: Rashes around the eyes need an exam. As you describe a "bubbly" rash, i would recommend an examination to make sure that this isn't a herpes silmplex virus infection, which can be serious around the eye, ; can affect the ocular surface. Treatment with oral antiviral agents and topical medication may be necessary.
