May be normal skin: some people have dots or pigmentation on their skin as normal skin. If it bothers you please see a skin specialist

R/O PLANTAR WART: Plantar warts(HPV VIRAL INFECTION) are commonly found on feet and hands . The dark spot in the middle is the vascular supply. It can be treated with FREEZING/LASER/TOPICAL MEDICATION(ALDARA)

Probably not.: Sounds like sun damage (freckles, "liver spots").  Allergies are usually red itchy bumps.  Wear a high spf sunscreen and see your dermatologist.

Watch for two weeks: If it is not gone by two weeks, and it does not look like an ordinary benign pigmented lesion like you have elsewhere, then have it seen. The likelihood that this is cancer is very small, but it would need to be looked at.

: I can't think of any skin lesions that would morph into lines filled with blood or pus.  I recommend having a dermatologist inspect these lesions and then advise you.

Penile pimple: is it tender  painful, red ? may be folliculitis consider some bacitracin or better mupirocin ( which requires a prescription), wear loose underwear, wash 2 x a day with soap and water avoid  hot tubs. May also be beginning pearly papules or Fordyce spots , though they are usually not with a black dot. f/u with doc/ urgent care

See dermatologist: Might be due to some kiind of reaction either to a medication or so etching taken orally, or reaction to something in the environment, or underlying medical problem. See your doctor or dermatologist for possible biopsy to make diagnosis.

Doctor can evaluate: Rashes and spots are hard to describe and visualize in words. A primary care doctor or a urologist can check glans (penis head) spots to see what they might be. Possibilities include a flat mole, an infection (such as hpv wart virus), color changes after an abrasion, etc...
