i am switching my son from ready to feed formula to powdered formula (same kind). he will be 4 months on the 25th. do i need to boil water to make his formula and can bottled water be used to make it- if yes does the bottled water need to be boiled?

Those on well water or other source with no certification may need to boil water. Purified/bottled water is generally safe, again depending on the source, and boiling would not be needed.

High salt intake will increase volume and blood pressure and salty water will create thirst then you will drink more and it can worsen the urinary frequency. You may have sx of overactive bladder. If this the case, you have frequent urge to void but urine volume is usually less than 100 cc. It can be treated with cognitive behavior therapy.

You should contact the prescribing physician immediately and be evaluated.  If there is too long a wait, consider an urgent care center or an emergency department if necessary.  Your doctor should be monitoring renal function and lithium levels.

Talk to your doc for specifics.
