Multivitamins : While there is no specific diet for scoliosis, a multivitamin would provide the appropriate supplement to a diet rich in fruits, vegetables &amp; calcium sources.Your doctor should check that calcium,manganese,vitamin D and vitamin C and E levels are normal. ED: If you are really a 15 yo male w/ED you need to see your doctor.  There MAY be hormonal or vascular issues here and you need to find that out.  I'm sure you are an intelligent person but multiple supplements can interact together and cause issues.  Try to find a naturally oriented physician to guide you so you will be as safe and healthy as possible.  Peace and good health.

Probably unhealthy: Real testosterone pills, gels, etc... do work, but they are used only for certain disorders in which doctors have seen good research evidence that testosterone would help, or for problems that doctors have years of experience suggesting testosterone would help. The "pills" and "supplements" marketers try to sell as testosterone boosters are unresearched, unregulated, uncertain, and may be unsafe.

: Height growth is only possible if the growth centers are still open. They close in females ~3 years after first menses or by 17 in most. After they close, no supplement, meds, exercise or diet will add height. An x-ray if the wrist/hand can  identify any open growth centers.

Multivitamins: For someone without vitamin deficiency and on a well balanced diet, a one a day type multivitamin with minerals(without iron in men;with iron for menstruating women)may be a good idea but it's not mandatory.

Sound politics: Some of them are real medicines, and the livelihoods of practitioners -- who offer comfort to people who may have little else -- depend on them. Many such pills are not what they are supposed to be. However, if they were banned, there would be a huge political outcry, an enormous amount of pricey litigation, and the usual cast of characters complaining about government interference. Caveat emptor.

Maybe. Maybe not.: There are thousands of supplements advertised to do all sorts of magical remedies. Very few supplements have real research studies to show benefits (but manufacturers make claims, based on theories, animal tests, testimonials, chemical similarities, etc... but not based on real research because real research is hard to do and is expensive to do).
