Probably unhealthy: Real testosterone pills, gels, etc... do work, but they are used only for certain disorders in which doctors have seen good research evidence that testosterone would help, or for problems that doctors have years of experience suggesting testosterone would help. The "pills" and "supplements" marketers try to sell as testosterone boosters are unresearched, unregulated, uncertain, and may be unsafe.
