When available: Flu circulates around the world continuously. It tends to have seasons in various regions but international air travel means there is some risk year round. When the vaccine for the new season is available there is no benefit to waiting. It does not loose strength after many months, there are just so many strains around that no modern vaccine will protect from them all. It is the best we have.

Unlikely: If you have regular periods, it's unlikely that having intercourse on Feb. 24 would cause a late period.  More important is whether or not you had sex earlier in the month and whether or not you used contraception.  If your periods are usually regular and it's late this month, I recommend a pregnancy test.

what percentage of periodic breathing on my cpap is dangerous? i believe im fortunate since im at 0% for 1 day, 7 days and 30 days. my ahi is 1.0, 0.8 and 0.6.

: Zero percent periodic breathing is very good. Your AHI is also within the acceptable range, but please review your sleep findings in relation to your symptoms with your sleep specialist. Watch for air hunger, dizziness and shortness of breath.

It depends: A delay of one or two weeks in giving chemo does not matter. But most bone fractures start healing in 2 weeks, so i would not advise interrupting chemo for more than 2 weeks especially if it is a very large tumor. Sometimes we can substitute hormones or Herceptin (trastuzumab) depending on which type of breast cancer(hormone receptor positive? Her2 positive?) you have.

NO: Scientific evidence is lacking , and clinical trials were unimpressive, as to its effectiveness for short term weight loss. One garcinia cambogia product was pulled from the market because it caused liver toxicity. I suggest you save your money. There are reports of adverse side effects with the combination. I would not recommend taking Garcinia cambogia, especially if on Accutane.
