: No worries about poisoning. Neomycin is an antibiotic and the miniscule amount that may have been introduced into your lip or mouth should not result in any issues.

Nutrtional deficienc: Some times lack of certain minerals/ vitamin can give peculiar tastes in mouth. Also chronic sinusitis can also change taste buds.

Oral hygiene: You may wish to consult a dentist to exclude dental and periodontal issues as the cause of the symptoms.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Metallic taste: This is often very difficult to find the cause. If this does not disappear over time, a thorough dental, medical and neurologic exam is often necessary, yet may not determine the cause.
Check first with your dentist to rule out any dental problems. Then check with your medical doctor.
Drugs, diet, head, neck, oral and systemic infections, smoking, neurologic changes are all possibilities.

3rd day taking pregnitude for pcos, is it normal to have bitter metallic taste in mouth and lips all the time?

Not typical, but...: Pregnitude is a fairly new product, so you may not find a lot of information about adverse effects.  It contains myo-inositol, which may cause bowel issues or mood changes.   I couldn't find a list of the other, inert ingredients on the website. You may stop the product and see if your problem goes away, then restart it to be sure.  Also, try contacting the company:

i have a bitter taste on just my lips. can taking zinc or d3 or prebiotic or vitamin c cause this. i used mouthwash to try and get rid of it but no help. i take alot of medication could that cause it help i can't stand the taste anymore. i drink wat?

: OTC trial by omission. Start with the Zinc. Discontinue it's use for a week. If the bitter taste disappears, you'll know Zinc's the culprit. If taste does not change, restart Zinc and discontinue D3, etc. If you discover the cause, contact your GP to report your findings. DO NOT discontinue any of your prescribed Meds before first getting clearance from your MD/DO

Many causes: Have you had this sensation for awhile or is it recent?  It could be side effects of meds or supplements, change in foods, change of toothpastes or some underlying dental/gum problem.  You should brush your tongue when brushing your teeth.  I would try and keep track of when this taste occurs and address.
