Anything : Anything asap. I tell my patients no direct pressure to butt for 4 weeks.

Probably normal: It is very common to have some dysesthesias (pins and needles) following liposuction and can occasionally be more pronounced following ultrasonic assisted liposuction. Generally this will , resolve with time. Topical massage and desensitization exercise may help to diminish the discomfort.

Yes you can: Liposuction removes fat cells however not all of them. The ones that are left behind can increase in size if you gain weight. The cell that were transferred to your breasts that have taken can also increase in size and enlarge the breast.

The ultimate filler: Fat transfer, aka fat injection, lipoinjection, etc., is a tried and proven procedure (I've been using it for 25 years) where your own fat is taken from one place (e.g. your tummy) and grafted by injection to an area that needs filling, usually the face.  Fat is the gold standard of fillers: safe, inexpensive, never rejected and much longer lasting than commercial fillers once it "takes".

Yes and no: You need to check with your surgeon to see if its ok. Most surgeons advocate some massage after surgery but it depends on where the fat was placed and how.

Fat transfer : Fat initially stays alive by getting nutrients from the surrounding tissues.  Within a few days blood vessels from the surrounding area sprout 'blood supply branches' to 'feed' the fat cells.  Mesenchymal stem cells residing in the fat tissue stimulate this blood vessel growth.

Takes time : Swelling after fat transfer and liposuction can take 6 months or more to really calm down. A lot of the improvement will happen by 3 months but you really don't know the true look for 6 months or even more.
