Lipoma=BENIGN: Lipomas are benign 'fatty tumors'  that are very common. They need no treatment unless enlarging rapidily or painful.
Once they form, they are there. I do not know of any 'natural cures'--sorry.

Coincidence: Removal of a lipoma would have no effect on your breasts. Differentiating nipple discharge (pathologic) from secretion (physiologic) can be tricky. Favoring the latter includes fluid from both breasts especially if its not spontaneous and emanating from multiple duct orifices. If it is truly milk this may indicate elevated prolactin levels. Bottom line: go see your gyne for a formal evaluation.

I am not aware: Of any non-surgical methods of lipoma treatment.  Specifically, I have no knowledge of any of the things you mentioned having any beneficial effects against lipomata.  Consult with your doctor about best treatment.
